At Unleash, we strive to deliver high-quality learning experiences. We understand, however, that circumstances may arise where you may request a refund. This Refund Policy outlines when and how refunds apply.
Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis, in line with this policy.
To be eligible, you must submit your request within the applicable refund window.
Refunds, where approved, will be returned to the original payment method.
Single Courses: Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase and before more than 20% of the course content has been accessed.
Subscriptions (monthly/annual):
You may cancel at any time, but refunds are only issued if requested within 7 days of the initial subscription payment.
Renewal payments are non-refundable unless local laws require otherwise.
If you are unable to access the course due to a verified technical issue on Unleash’s side, and the issue cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe, you may be eligible for a refund.
In rare cases (e.g., duplicate payment, accidental charge), refunds may be granted outside standard terms at Unleash’s discretion.
Refunds will not be granted if:
You have completed or accessed a substantial portion of the course.
You simply change your mind after significant usage.
The issue arises due to your device, internet, or third-party service limitations.
Payments were made through promotional codes, discounts, or special offers (unless legally required).

Your account details.
Purchase receipt or transaction ID.
Reason for the refund request.
Our support team will review your request and respond within 5–10 business days.
This policy does not override any rights you may have under consumer protection laws in your country of residence.
